The YCPG Ottawa is pleased to announce former journalist and long-time communications professional, Donna Balkan, as our inaugural speaker. Donna has a degree in political science from McGill University, a journalism degree from Carleton University, and extensive experience in media relations and public affairs including her current post as Communications Manager at the Canadian Co-operative Association.
On Thursday, February 18th, at Carleton University, as part of a round-table discussion, Donna plans to discuss her move from journalism to public relations and communications, as well as her overall career, skill sets and experiences.
